課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
|
This course is a continuation of the first semester writing course. On the sentence level, the focus shifts away from grammar and towards style. Our primary aim, however, will be to write four paper types: explanatory, descriptive, narrative (summary in this case), and cause/effect papers. Other topics include conditionals, clarity, overstatement, and the subordination structure of topical paper organization.
