課程目標   Learning Objectives
在修完此門課程之後,學生們已具有以下的能力:1.發展他們的聽說讀寫技巧, 2. 改善他們對真實情境英文聽力及閱讀內容的瞭解, 3. 知道在不同情況下如何發表自己的意見, 4. 看懂不同類型的英文文章, 5. 提高他們的NEW TOEIC 英文單字量及應試技巧, 6. 幫助他們對NEW TOEIC考試了解和演練

After completing this course, the students will be able to: 1. develop their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, 2. improve students' understanding of 'real' English listening passages, 3. know how to express their opinions at various real situations, 4. understand various types of English articles, 5. enhance the NEW TOEIC vocabulary load and test-taking strategies,and 6. help them understand and practice NEW TOEIC.

課堂相關規定
1. Do not use illegal copies of textbooks for this course.
(不可以使用盜版書籍)
2. Please let your cell phone and tablet computers be turned off or be in silent mode in
class.
(請於課堂上把手機及3C產品轉成關機或靜音模式)
3. Don’t cheat in quizzes or exams, otherwise you will be punished based on school rules and
you will get 0 score for the quiz or exam.
(禁止課堂上小考及期中末考作弊,否則會依校規處罰, 成績為0分計算)
4. Please hand in assignments on time. Late assignments will not be accepted, and students
will receive a grade of O.
(請準時繳交作業,遲交作業不予受理,以0分計算)
5. Students do not have make-up quizzes and oral points unless with legitimate and reasonable
reasons. They must have a make-up quiz or a make-up oral point one week after the planned
quiz or oral point; otherwise, they will not have make-up quizzes or oral points more than
one week. If a student can not come to the course for several weeks with normal letters,
he or she will have make-up quizzes, make-up oral points or other alternatives. Based on
fairness of the other students, you will get a discount of 20 percentage for the grade of
each make-up exam or quizzes.
(For mid-term exam and final exam leaves and make-up exam application, students need to
follow the school policy.)
