課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
1. 掌握民居類型與演變：系統性理解臺灣傳統民居（一條龍、三合院、四合院、街屋、樓仔厝、日式住宅等）之類型特徵、營建技術與歷史脈絡。
2. 理解民居與人文社會關係：探討民居空間背後所承載的家族宗族制度、風水信仰、移墾社會結構與生活文化。
3. 熟練民居田野調查技法：掌握建築測繪、構件記錄、老照片/契約文書比對、口述歷史訪談等田野調查實務技能。
4. 探索當代保存與再利用路徑：具備評估私有老建築保存困境、活化再生策略（如私有老建築保存再生計畫、聚落建築群登錄）之專業思辨能力。
