課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
Students are expected to a) sharpen their translating skills, b) improve the proficiency of their working languages, and c) broaden their background knowledge on issues related to different fields through extensive and intensive reading, translating practice, instructor’s lectures, individual and group presentations. In class, special sentence patterns, difficulties involving Chinese-English translation will be singled out, analyzed, and discussed. Students are required to hand in translating assignments.
