課程目標   Learning Objectives
This course, set within the context of global energy challenges and sustainable development, provides a systematic introduction to the fundamental theories, material properties, and technological applications of energy storage materials. The course focuses on key materials used in energy storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries, next-generation battery chemistries (e.g., sodium-ion and solid-state batteries), supercapacitors, and hydrogen storage materials.
Through the study of electrochemical principles and the science of functional materials, students will develop an understanding of the structure property–performance relationships that govern energy storage materials. The course emphasizes the working mechanisms, design strategies, and performance limitations of materials used in electrochemical energy storage devices.
