|
課程旨在介紹各類現代分析儀器之基本原理、儀器結構與實際應用,使學生建立物質定性、定量與結構鑑定的分析能力。課程內容涵蓋分析儀器的基本設計概念、訊號處理與資料分析方法,並深入探討常見的儀器分析技術,包括光譜分析法(如紫外光/可見光、紅外線、拉曼、螢光等)、質譜分析、層析分離技術(如氣相層析與高效能液相層析)、電化學分析方法,以及表面與顯微分析技術等 。
透過系統性的理論講授與案例說明,本課程培養學生理解不同分析技術的原理與適用範圍,學習如何選擇適當的分析方法以進行物質分離、成分鑑定與定量分析 。學生將進一步具備解讀分析數據、評估分析結果可靠性,以及將儀器分析技術應用於材料科學、環境監測、生物醫學與化學工程等領域之能力,為後續研究或相關產業應用奠定良好的基礎。
This course aims to introduce the fundamental principles, instrument structures, and practical applications of modern analytical instruments, enabling students to develop the ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and structural analyses of materials. The course covers the basic design concepts of analytical instruments, signal processing, and data analysis methods, and provides an in-depth discussion of common instrumental analysis techniques, including spectroscopic methods (such as UV–visible spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, and fluorescence spectroscopy), mass spectrometry, chromatographic separation techniques (such as gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography), electrochemical analysis methods, as well as surface and microscopic analysis techniques.
Through systematic theoretical instruction and case studies, this course helps students understand the principles and applicability of various analytical techniques and learn how to select appropriate analytical methods for substance separation, component identification, and quantitative analysis. Students will further develop the ability to interpret analytical data, evaluate the reliability of analytical results, and apply instrumental analysis techniques to fields such as materials science, environmental monitoring, biomedical science, and chemical engineering, thereby establishing a solid foundation for advanced research or industrial applications.
