使不具備任何程式寫作能力的學生，經由課程的介紹能夠瞭解程式設計基本概念。此課程以教授C程式語言為主。經由本課程的介紹與實作，學生將具備較佳的問題解決能力，以及對於程式設計有初步的瞭解。
