（一）教學目標：介紹內分泌的生理、生化及解剖學的基礎，了解甲狀腺、腎上腺、性腺、下視丘－腦下垂體軸、松果腺和消化系統的內分泌學，以及內分泌與能量代謝、鈣質調節和免疫系統之間的關係。
