課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
本課程為必修課程，內容與下學期生物化學（二）（鄧燕妮老師開授）配合。本課程主要為介紹各類重要生物分子的基本結構與性質以及簡介相關生理功能，以作為下學期進一步學習合成代謝途徑與調控機制的基礎。具體學習目標包括：
1. 了解各類生物分子（蛋白質，核酸，脂質，醣類）的命名、組成、化學性質與生理功能。
2. 了解酵素催化作用的原理、動力學、反應機制與調控。
3. 了解蛋白質與核酸之重要分析方法與原理。
