課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
Genetics is the science that deals with the structure, organization, transmission and function of genes and the origin of variation.This course discusses the principles of genetics with application to the study of biological function at the level of molecules, cells, and multicellular organisms. The topics include: Mendelian inheritance, extensions of Mendelian inheritance, Non-Mendelian Inheritance,genetic Linkage and mapping in Eukaryotes, genetic transfer and mapping in bacteria,and variation in chromosome structure and number.
