課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
|
This course introduces graduate students to the principles and mechanics of technical and scientific writing within the realm of technologies or sciences. Regardless of their progress in their graduate program or whether they possess a dataset, students will develop specific communication skills essential for reporting technical information. From crafting process descriptions and feasibility reports to conducting research projects and delivering oral presentations, they will gain practical experience in various writing formats. Through analysis of expert writing in their respective fields, students will gain insights into writing methodologies and expectations for their thesis or dissertation projects. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to write articles with broader accessibility and receive personalized guidance from writing faculty on individual writing projects.
