課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
|
This course aims to help students understand how Information and Communications Technologies (ICTs) impact national policies and development, including current ICT policies in Taiwan and their effectiveness. It will explore how these policies influence daily life and political participation. Through the course, students will be encouraged to engage more deeply with the role of technology in governance, understand its influence on public affairs, and how the internet can provide more efficient services, improve government-citizen relationships, and enhance quality of life.
