課程目標   Learning Objectives
This course aims to help students understand the basic concepts and practical operations of human resource management. It assists students in applying human resource theories in organizations, emphasizing functions such as personnel recruitment and selection, training and development, and compensation and retention. Through course lectures and student participation in discussions, the goal is to enable students to integrate human resource management theory with practical applications in organizations. This not only encourages students to reconsider the importance of human resources but also enhances their capabilities in human resource management in the workplace.

For students wishing to take this course, it is advisable to have previously studied Organizational Behavior.
