課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
|
本課程專為管理學院無深厚統計基礎的同學設計。在數據驅動決策（Data-driven decision making）的時代，經理人不需要徒手計算公式，但必須具備「看懂數據、用對工具、解讀報表」的能力。本課程將透過電腦教室實機操作，使用直觀的 JASP 軟體，結合行銷、人力資源、組織行為等實務商管個案，帶領同學建立數據直覺，並能針對商業問題提出具體的管理建議。

成績評量方式補充說明
|
課堂練習 = 30%：每週課堂實作完成度。
實作上機測驗 = 30%：第 9 週於電腦教室進行，限時完成分析給予的資料檔，並撰寫管理決策報告。
期末專案報告 = 40%：3-4人一組，自行尋找公開數據或模擬商業情境，運用課程工具進行分析並於第16週進行簡報（口頭發表 25%、書面報告 15%）。
