課程目標   Learning Objectives
Facing the development trend of globalization, public managers are faced with more diverse and complex emergency decision-making and response issues. In view of the major impacts and losses that various emergencies may bring about in life, economy, politics, and society, public managers have different response models for related events, and different response models are adopted based on different response models. Crisis response actions will also have different consequences. In view of the fact that only by exerting good decision-making analysis and judgment ability in emergency response, public managers can lead to relatively better decision-making response results. Based on this, the planning of this course is focused on assisting students to conduct practical research on public decision-making and judgment analysis based on case analysis based on the various public affairs disciplines and citizen participation theories they have studied in the past. It will also be targeted at public managers. An examination of cognitive leadership decisions in crisis situations. Through the establishment of this course, students will be helped to clearly master the leadership decision-making and crisis decision-making tools of public managers. Through this, they will develop the situational control skills of crisis leadership to clarify the blind spots of public decision-making and judgment, thereby promoting better emergency response and Generation of emergency decision-making capabilities.
