課程目標   Learning Objectives
This is an EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction)course. Students must prepare to communicate with each others in this term. The purpose of this course is to provide students with a conceptual and theoretical approach to understand the employees’ behavior in the organization. This course provides basic theories on Organizational Behavior. By the end of this course, students are expected to understand “individual behavior”, “group behavior”, and “organizational behavior”, etc. Students are also expected to be able to apply these theories into practices.

成績評量方式補充說明   
(一) Attendance and Participation(20 %): Attendance and participation in class are required.
(二) Case Study Report(30%):Each group chooses two cases to present. Including summarizing and introducing the background of each case, and utilizing the concept of text book to analyze the case. Each group must report at least 15~30 minutes and give representation in English as well.
(三) Final examination (30%): The scope of the exam is Chapter 1~4 and 6, including True or False, and Multiple choices questions.
(四) Reflection Paper(20%):You will be expected to write your reflection about Keynote speech 1~3 at least 500~1000 words. Please don't summarize the content of speech. This assignment will be due on the last day of class.
