課程目標 Learning Objectives

This is an EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) course. Students must prepare to communicate with each other in English this term. The purpose of this course is to provide students with a conceptual and theoretical approach to understand the employees’ behavior in the organization. This course provides basic theories on Organizational Behavior. By the end of this course, students are expected to understand “individual behavior”, “group behavior”, and “organizational behavior”, etc. Students are also expected to be able to apply these theories into practices.

成績評量方式補充說明

(一) Attendance and Participation(20 %): Attendance and participation in class are required.
(二) Mid-term Examination (15%): The scope of the exam is Chapter 1～4, including True or False, and Multiple choices questions.
(三) Group Oral Presentation (30%)：
1.Each group is required to conduct a guided reading presentation and facilitate class discussion based on the assigned chapter.
2.The presentation may be delivered in class or in the form of a video. Each presentation should last 30 to 50 minutes.
3.All presentation materials (PPT slides or video) must be uploaded to Padlet prior to the scheduled presentation date.
(四) Final Examination (15%): The scope of the exam is Chapter 7～11, including True or False, and Multiple choices questions.
(五) Case Study Report(20%)：In Week 16, cases will be uploaded to Padlet. You are required to select at least 3 cases and write “Case Study Report”. At least 300～500 words. Please don't summarize the content of cases. This assignment will be due on the last day of class.
