課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
This course aims to familiarize students with conventions of English news and to develop the ability to analyze news. Students will learn news vocabulary, become familiar with news genres, and have the opportunity to apply critical thinking to news issues.
At the end of the semester, students will be able to -
1. enhance English news comprehension skills.
2. learn news structure and vocabulary.
3. apply critical thinking abilities to news.
4. develop a habit of reading English news.

成績評量方式補充說明
|
1. 上課須準時，不可遲到早退，公/病/事/喪/生理假皆依校規程序請假，否則以曠課計，每學期請假缺曠時數請勿多於11小時，以免被扣考。
2. 出席狀況計算方式：全勤 100分，曠課一節扣10分，病/事/生理假一節扣4分，被扣考皆以0分計算。
3. 上課時手機請設定為飛航模式或靜音震動，不可使用手機通話，請勿配戴Airpods或類似藍牙耳機裝置 。
