課程目標   Learning Objectives
Second-year writing builds upon writing patterns and skills developed in the first-year courses. The course content includes four types of writing: comparison/contrast, static and dynamic pictorial data, problem/solution, and the persuasive essay. Between the major assignments, we’ll examine secondary writing concerns like statements of purpose, consistent tone in academic writing, exemplification strategies, and the standardized writing test.
