課程目標   Learning Objectives
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:

- Systematize the theories and frameworks applied in business management and apply them to real-world business challenges.

- Analyze practical business cases and integrate theoretical concepts to devise effective management solutions and strategies.

- Strengthen critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with an emphasis on working in an international and changing environmment.

- Assess the influence of globalization on business strategies and management practices, while understanding the ethical, social, and economic implications for organizations.

17 Discussion and consultation/ Online teaching and sharing Groups arrange private meetings with the instructor for consultation to revise and improve their final reports./ Having the online sharing from international guest speakers.  Students find and read materials under the instructor's guidance, focusing on one theory and its practical application in a specific company's business. They highlight the company's particular characteristics, opportunities, challenges, advantages, difficulties, and the results of applying that theory. They analyze the business management practices of the specific company, providing an overarching perspective on the company's management process.  The group's written report is submitted to the E-course platform after consulting with the instructor. 
18 Discussion and consultation/ Online teaching and sharing Groups arrange private meetings with the instructor for consultation to revise and improve their final reports./ Having the online sharing from international guest speakers.  Students find and read materials under the instructor's guidance, focusing on one theory and its practical application in a specific company's business. 成績評量方式補充說明   
- Class Participation (20%): This refers to students' attendance and their active involvement in the learning process during class. It includes activities such as asking and answering questions, engaging in discussions, and responding to the instructor's questions.

- Personal written report (20%): After listening to the guest speaker's presentation, students will write a reflection report of approximately 500 words, focusing on the key insights and memorable points they learned from the speaker's talk.

- Group oral presentation (60%): Each group will make two presentations: one for the midterm and one for the final. Each presentation will account for 30% of the total final grade. The midterm presentation will focus on one theory and its practical application in the business of a specific company, highlighting the company's particular characteristics, opportunities, challenges, advantages, difficulties, and the results of applying that theory.

The final presentation will analyze the business management practices of a specific company, providing an overarching perspective throughout the company's management process.

Note: The syllabus may change according to the schedules of guest speakers, but it will still ensure the content of the course.
