課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
|
This course presents the general topic of “Decision Support”, which is usually in the name of Decision Support Systems, or its modern form of Business Intelligence. How to use various techniques and tools, especially information technologies, to improve the decision performance of managers is the main theme of this course. After taking the course, students should be able to understand the basic concepts of this topic, how the system/infrastructure works in an organization, and why nowadays it is an important area both for practitioners and academia.
