課程目標   Learning Objectives
This course offers a comprehensive, socio-technical approach to project management, emphasizing the integration of human dynamics with tools and processes. As Taiwan's tech industry gains increasing importance, many management students are considering roles such as Product Manager or Project Manager in tech firms. This course highlights the critical role of project management skills in achieving career success in these positions. Key topics include project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, leadership, risk management, scheduling, and team management. The course also explores outsourcing, international projects, and Agile methodologies.
