課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
透過本課程，同學可以：
瞭解企業中生產、營運與服務管理的基本概念，包括產品開發、生產製造、庫存運送、品質管理、策略規劃、管理制度等相關活動。學生可藉此課程認識相關活動內容，藉由課本講授、企業實例分析、情境模擬與資訊系統操作，了解生產與作業管理所可能遭遇的各項問題，並能擬定解決方案。
