課程目標   Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to:

- Understand Basic Economic Concepts such as scarcity, opportunity cost, supply and demand, and marginal analysis.

- Analyze how markets function, including the interaction between consumers and producers, and how equilibrium prices are determined.

- Evaluate economic policies, assess the impact of various government policies, such as taxation, subsidies, and regulations, on markets and the overall economy.

- Apply economic models to analyze real-world situations, predict outcomes, and provide solutions to economic problems.

成績評量方式補充說明   
Class Participation (15%): This refers to students' attendance and their active involvement in the learning process during class. It includes activities such as asking and answering questions, engaging in discussions, and responding to the instructor's questions.

Quiz (15%): A short assessment used to evaluate students' knowledge or understanding of a particular subject or topic based on the assigned homework. Quizzes may include multiple-choice, true/false, or short-answer questions.

Midterm Exam (30%): A closed-book, individual exam that includes both multiple-choice questions and short answer. A note sheet (two sides of an A4 paper) is allowed.

Final Exam (40%): A closed-book, individual exam with both multiple-choice questions and discussion questions. A note sheet (two sides of an A4 paper) is allowed.
