課程目標 Learning Objectives

本課程旨在引導學生系統性理解教育行政的基本理論、核心概念與發展趨勢，以吳清山教授《教育行政學》一書為主要理論基礎，協助學生建構完整的教育行政知識架構。課程除探討教育行政之組織運作、政策制定、領導與管理等理論內涵外，並結合授課教師之教育現場實務經驗，透過案例分析與實務分享，引導學生連結理論與實際運作情境，培養其分析教育行政問題、理解教育政策脈絡及應用理論於實務之能力，為未來從事教育行政相關工作奠定專業基礎。
