課程目標   Learning Objectives
1. Students will be able to understand how to define young EFL learners and the theories related to first and second language acquisition.
2. Students will be able to learn how to teach young EFL learners the four language skills.
3. Students will know how to write a lesson plan about teaching English to young EFL learners and design teaching materials.
4. Students will know how to evaluate and assess young EFL learners'learning outcomes.

成績評量方式補充說明   
Course requirements:
1. No eating is allowed in class. If you bring any food to class and have it while the
session is going on, it will lead to deduction of five points out of your attendance and
participation subscore.
2. Students are fully responsible for all information and assignments missed due to
tardiness or absence.
3. Students who are absent for more than three sessions will receive a 30% lower
grade on attendance and participation.
4. You should be ready to spend 2-3 hours outside of class each week for this class.
5. Quizzes will be announced a week in advance.
6. Missing either the mid-term exam or the final will lead to your failure of the class.
7. Please be aware that any plagiarism is not allowed in this class. Any copying and pasting texts from already available sources will lead to your failure of the class as well.
8. The mid-term will be in the written form while the final will be group presentations. All of the assignments will be in the written form.
9. Students have to turn in their slides for the instructor's suggestions before formally presenting them in class. The slides have to be submitted one week before the presentation. Failing to do so will lead to the deduction of five points out of the grade of the presentation.
