課程目標 Learning Objectives
|
Course Objectives
This course is designed to enhance students’ overall English proficiency by developing their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Students will engage with texts on a wide range of topics and participate in collaborative group activities aimed at strengthening their writing abilities and improving communicative competence in both academic and professional contexts.
In addition, students are expected to gain practical experience in delivering presentations in English and will be introduced to English proficiency tests, such as the TOEIC, to better understand their applications in real-world scenarios.
To support these goals, the final evaluation consists of two components: a written examination and a group presentation. Active participation in group discussions during class is required and will also contribute to the overall participation assessment.

Course Requirements
Attendance and Punctuality
Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Students must attend all classes on time. If a student is unable to attend, they must notify the instructor by email before the class.
Unexcused absences exceeding three times will negatively affect both the attendance grade and the final grade.
Active Participation and Group Work
Active participation in class discussions is expected. Each student will be assigned to a group and is responsible for completing all group assignments. These assignments may include in-class activities or take-home exercises. Late submissions will not be accepted without prior approval from the instructor.
